If the goods do not meet your expectations on arrival or are not the item(s) you ordered please complete a "Returns Request" within 4 business days of receiving the item. See "How to Complete a Returns Request" below.
We will accept almost any return if the product is faulty or damaged and we will happily waive the freight charges in this case.
If you have changed your mind we will exchange the item, provided it is returned in an unopened package, is unused, and in saleable condition, however you will incur additional freight costs for return postage to us and postage of the exchanged item back to you. We regret that books, pattern packs, DVD's and CD Rom's cannot be returned or exchange.
Approved returns will be exchanged, replaced or a store credit issued.
HOW TO COMPLETE A RETURNS REQUEST
Login to your account and select "My Account" then selected "Completed Orders". On the right hand side you will see the option "Return Items", click this link and then complete the details requested. You will be allocated a return number. We will then process the Return Request and reply to you by email with further instructions.
