Freight charges for destinations within and outside Australia are calculated by total order weight based on Australia Post's standard shipping weights & charges, plus a small packaging fee.

Orders are posted within 1-4 business days of receiving cleared payment.  If for any reason it will take longer we will contact you to inform you of the delay and the reason and offer any alternative options if available. We are an online business and all orders are posted - NO PICKUPS OR DROP IN'S (shoppers) are allowed at our operation premises - sorry NO EXCEPTONS!

Express Post is available and refers to the transit time between order dispatch and delivery to you and is provisioned by the Australia Post Express Post Network originating from Central Coast NSW to destinations within Australia.

Prompt delivery is given to destinations outside the Express Post Network. Freight charges are governed by the applicable Australia Post Express Post rate.

Registered Post is also available for destinations within Australia for a small charge and is recommended.

Priority Processing may be selected. Priority processing insures that the order will be handled with top priority. Priority Processing may optionally be combined with standard or Express Post for destinations within Australia and may be selected during Checkout.
